We process personal data in accordance with the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (revDSG) and, where applicable, the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

2. What data we process, and why

  • Bookings & purchases (WooCommerce): parent and child name, email, phone, child’s age, T-shirt size, comments (e.g. allergies), order and payment details – to deliver the courses, camps, sessions and parties you book and to meet accounting obligations. Legal basis: contract; legal obligation.
  • Contact & request forms (WPForms): the details you submit – to answer your enquiry. Legal basis: pre-contractual steps / legitimate interest.
  • Newsletter (if you subscribe): your email address – to send updates; unsubscribe anytime. Legal basis: consent.
  • Website usage (Google Analytics via Site Kit): device and usage data – to improve the site. Legal basis: consent.
  • Security & anti-spam (Akismet, logs): IP, browser data – to keep the site secure. Legal basis: legitimate interest.

3. Children

Our services are for children. Bookings are made by a parent or legal guardian, who provides the child’s data and consents to its processing for the activity. We collect only what is needed to run the programme safely (such as age and allergies).

4. Who we share data with

We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with service providers who process it on our behalf, or where legally required: Automattic / WordPress.com (hosting), Stripe & WooPayments (payments), Google (analytics, Maps, reviews, fonts), Jetpack, Trustindex, PluginHive, WPML (site functionality), Google Workspace (email). Some providers are outside Switzerland/the EU; such transfers are covered by the EU Standard Contractual Clauses and the EU–US Data Privacy Framework, as required by the revDSG and GDPR.

5. How long we keep your data

Booking and accounting data: up to 10 years (Swiss accounting law). Contact-form data: until your request is resolved. Newsletter: until you unsubscribe. Analytics: per the provider’s retention (GA4 default up to 14 months).

6. Your rights

Under the revDSG (and GDPR where it applies) you have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction and data portability, and you may withdraw consent at any time.
